Problem with tonneau cover flap motor?

HI Guys,
I have a problem with my 96 900s convertible.
Here is the story, get an expresso :-):
- Thanks to this great board I fixed my tonnau cover motor with the bracket kit about 3 weeks ago and everything was working well.
- Now I have the problem that the motor inside the tonneau cover (according to the saab site called tonneau cover flap motor, part number 7497878 is not working properly.
- Here is what happened yesterday night: I wanted to close my roof (so it was open), and everything went according to the protocol until the tonneau cover was going gown again. I remember that at that point the flaps have to open, right?
This did not happen so it went down with the flaps closed. The flaps were pushed open when touching the roof but of course I got the error message. Additionally the back of the roof is not latched now. These latches are operated by the same motor
So I was wondering whether any of you had a similiar problem. I searched this board and it seems there are usually no problems with this motor
Is it easy to replace this flap motor assembly? Compared to the other motors it seems rather cheap :-).
Any suggestions?
Thank you
Markus
