Sounds OK to me. Like PMI says, wobbling is not good. My tensioner moves a bit too, the tensioner pulley moves about 1mm or so back & forth while its running.
But try this anyway:
Pull the tensioner with a socket extension to loosen the belt.
Put a nail or something into the hole to lock the tension out so the belt is loose.
Try to wobble each of the pulleys to check their bearings. They shouldn't be loose.
