I agree 100% (now...if too late). I felt sorry for her (migrant worker from the south) and the fact that it didn't look too bad (it still doesn't). I know where she lives (very close to me) and will try to collect today. (She wants a mechanic friend to look at it..) I've threatened to call the insurance/police if she doesn't settle...

I didn't want it on my insurance record either. (In MI, there is mandatory uninsured coverage).
