Okay, maybe I don't need to post as things are apparently okay now, but I wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on this: I've gotten "Headlight Failure" messages on my computer for a long time, and sure enough, at times the left headlight wouldn't work when I turned on my brights. That said, it would then seemingly fix itself and work fine again most of the time. So...today the left headlight went bad again: when I flashed my brights, it went out completely. But, I bought a new bulb and nothing changed at all...the light worked in DRL, but would go out when I tried the brights. The guy at the store suggested swapping the right and left bulbs to test things (since the right one has always worked fine), and voila...BOTH lights now worked perfectly. I then put the old bulb (which I'd assumed was bad) in the right light, and again...they both work perfectly...DRLs and brights both. As mentioned, maybe I should just leave this well enough alone since the problem appears to be fixed...but does anyone have any thoughts on what the problem may be?? I don't know if headlights tend to be tempermental like this or if my electrical system is just a little screwy. Thanks
