Freakin' idle is driving me nuts...

I'm still getting a rough idle and sometimes as I let off the gas to come to a stop, the engine dips below 1000 rpm, shoots up to 1500 or so, then settle down to 900. OK, I have replaced the following:
All 5/8" vacuum lines
Plastic valve cover nipple and gasket
Purge valve
Fuel pressure regulator
Vacuum hose for brakes
I have cleaned the IAC valve, replaced the spark plugs (old ones looked good anyway), and threw in some Redline injector cleaner. The engine runs fine otherwise- good power, average 25mpg (50/50 hwy/city).
What next? CPS sensor? Anything I've missed?
Thanks for ANY help,
Scott
