at high revs while sitting still ? If it does, that indicates a lack of ciculation of coolant, the higher revs get it moving. Most common thing on a NG900 would be a bad waterpump. You can often see the pulley wobble at idle if it is bad bearings causing it to slip - or loosen the belt and wiggle it a bit.
Fix it fast if it is bad.
