Creak and pop at low speeds

Hello all,
I have a '99 9-3SE with 162k miles. In the past year the following suspension parts have been replaced; both outer tie rod ends, right inner tie rod, left control arm, front struts, strut bearings, and strut mounts(Saab one's too), and rear shocks. The rear engine mount and transmission mount have been replaced within the last 15k miles. The sound comes from directly in front of the driver, but in the engine bay. I notice the sound when taking off straight, kind of sounds like a pop/creak. It makes the most noise when I back out of my driveway first thing in the morning. It is just 1 pop then creaking after. When I turn the wheel it creaks as I back out of the driveway. The front struts were replaced at about 115k miles with Monroes (I know they are crappy but thats all i could afford. The soumd is apparent everytime at a light or anything like that. One thing I did notice was if I turned the wheels all the way to the left while the vehicle was stationary and bounced it a bit, a creak noise seems to be coming from the strut tower on the driver side. However, it did not make this sound when the wheels were straight. Any ideas? I really have no idea what this could be. Thank you!
R.T.
