Yeah I did the pins and pad contact points but still wasn't getting my rotors swept clean or pressure when a helper pressed the pedal.
I replaced with rebuilt calipers. Your rotors ... wow.
First make sure the rotor index screws come free, you'll have a battle there.
I used a drift to get my front ones to turn, slather replacements with anti-sieze and don't over tighten. I pull and lube these almost every time my wheels are off.
The hard brakeline must come loose (10mm or 12mm spanner?) or replaced.
I had to replace one of those - found at a dealer for only $14.
Good time to clean and lube the p-brake while you're in there.

Obviously the front brakes do most of the work but it's nice to have all 4 contributing!
