I have recently had a new gearbox put into my saab 93 2.2tid 2001. When this was done the battery was also replaced. Since i have experienced problems when accelerating at 70mph+. The engine light comes on and the car goes onto Limp Home Mode. I have heard this could be because the battery was diconnected and the engine computer needs to do a relearn procedure. Has anybody heard about this? do i need to go to a dealer to reset the computer. Would appreciate any help.
