I will assume you are refering to the elbow into the compressor of the turbo. You will need to remove the hose on the barb fitting and remove the fitting to get to the bolt. That if you are refering to the one on the underside. Just replace my turbo the other day and I am unsure but some of the under shroud may inhibit a clear path.
