biggest issue is w/ jack stands, not the jack...

for me the biggest issue is with the jack stands, rather than with the jack. I usually jack front center for the front (haven't found a great place for the rear) because if i jack at the side jack points, I can't get the stand in there with the jack inthe way. I have a chunk of 2x4 in the cup of the jack, no groove or anything.

I think the last time i jacked the back, I used the trailer hitch that I have installed. A solution that seemed to work, but obviously can't work for everyone.

Hocky pucks work pretty good for over the side ridges , because they will deform to fit the contour of the jack stand top, which is different on each of my jack stand sets.
