You mentioned that you used a Viggen inlet pipe. How did you attach it to the airbox - it's quite a bit different from the stock pipe on the upper end. I don't think reusing the stock rubber cobra hose is possible with it, unless you trim it, or use a 3" silicone coupling between the Viggen cobra and the airbox. Also, the PCV banjo location is in a different spot - how did you get around that?
