brake light warning comes on. brake light seems dim

I took my 2000 Saab 93 in for an oil change (I live in downtown Boston and don't have a garage to work on my car myself anymore) at the Saab dealer and the mechanic inadvertently broke off the radio antenna. I noticed this before I left and they were good about replacing the antenna immediately.
But then, the brake light warning came on the SID. Perhaps this was just a coincidence? The dealer put in a new light bulb in a few minutes and I was on my way. But then the warning light came back on the next time I started the car. I checked, and the driver side brakelight seemed dim. So I bought a new light, thinking that the dealer might have installed an old light, or one with the wrong wattage. But with the new bulb, the light was still dim and the warning light is still coming on.
Any ideas out there? This ever happen to anyone else? The antenna assembly is back in the same area as the brake light cables, so I figure that something must have happened when they replaced the antenna.
