Yes, mistakes happens, cover ups don't.
The left and right rear sensor is 298C and D.
298C goes into pin 9 and 10 of the ABS box and the 298D goes to pin 6 and 18.
The numbers are not on the box or harness connector downside but is found where the wires are entering the harness connector from above (why make it easy).
So you have to strip off the protecting cover and try to read the miniature numbers. It might only be one number at each end and then you have to count your way to the proper location.
But I would probably skip that and go for repairing the wires instead.
One problem in this scenario is that the wires are shielded and not suppose to be cut and repaired. It "probably" won't make a big deal even if you do a split repair with butt connectors but it "might".
