Noisy Heater Fan

Hey guys,
The cabin fan on my car (the actual heater/ac fan) has been noisy lately. It seems to either be when I take sharp turns and the car tilts, or when it's very cold in the morning. Sounds like the fan is rubbing on something as it spins. It doesn't sound like it's leaves or anything. Once the car warms up, the sound goes away for the most part. Does this sound like an issue of lubrication? Thanks for any advice!!
