Unfortunatly, if you don't find the key that made the car start, that spare key you have cannot be programmed to your car.
Someone probably just ordered a spare key to the car but didn't think about having it programmed so that it would start the car. Or it might be some kind of emergency key without the micro chip that makes it possible to program it to the car.
Everything might not be lost since I have heard about companies that can deprogram the alarm unit in the car and make it ready to accept and program new keys. See link
But you still have to remove the TWICE unit out of the car and send it away for that.
The other option is to buy a new TWICE unit with micro chip and have it replaced together with programming new keys.
That cost about $1000.00 to 1500.00
