Oil all over bottom of engine

I just replaced the oring and main pulley seal last week, believing that was the cause to all of oil underneath my 2000 Viggen (with 125,000 miles). But when I have been driving it this week, I have continued to have the awful smell of burning oil on the cat. After check the oil pressure switch (completely dry)I sprayed the oil off of the bottom the engine in hope that it was just residual oil from the other seal and oring I just replaced. No such luck, oil is again everywhere. I believe it is coming from more of the driver's side of the engine, but I can't tell because the air throws it everywhere. Is it the rear seal or transmission seal, if so how can I tell and how hard are they to replace?
