Just did this on my '95 SET, 125k, turned out that the nipple where the hose from the overflow tank connects to the radiator was cracked/deteriorating at the radiator. Check the wiring on the cooling fan while it's out, the insulation on mine was literally falling off the wires creating a good opportunity for a short. I didn't have time to re-wrap everything and so just replaced the whole shroud and motor, but those parts run about $400, so be prepared.
