At least 1k and thats if the shop was being nice to you to about 2k wouldn't suprise me. A new turbo runs 600ish and a rebuilt one runs 400ish plus a core charge. It takes anywhere between 2 and 6 (max) hours to change out.
If you got the time and don't mind the work change it out yourself or wit a friend. That way your only cost is turbo, any tools you need to pick up, and the beer.
