Ok, so my ACC fan was making some noise so I took off the little cover and put some wd-40 on it which usually quiets it for a couple months and when I was putting the cover on, it wouldnt fit right. So I go and try and force it, because thats the kind of jerk I am, and a little piece winds up being broken off. It was like a little transistor. Now the A part of my ACC is not working. Its one of my favorite parts of the car, a defining feature of having a luxury automobile. Now I have to manually adjust the temp and fan speed like its some sort of Toyota or something. I figure I broke the temp sensor, unless someone has any other thoughts? Assuming the temp sensor is broken, if I buy a new fan, will it come with that temp sensor attached? It looks like its one piece, but thats looking at it through a 2" hole with a flashlight, anyone know for sure? Any and all comments appreciated, even if you just want to point and laugh at me for being a dumba$$.
