Power Window Malfunction - 9-3 Viggen

Hi Guys,
I'm having an issue with front driver window mechanism. It came off track last week so I opened up the panel and saw one of the green rollers was cracked. I replaced it and the clip with a new one I purchased from teh dealer. Went on no problem. Got the rollers back into the extrusion track at the bottom of the window. Everything looks perfect. As i raise the window, it gets about half way and starts encountering considerable resistance. The window also starts moving off it's intended path - the back starts raising more than the front. The rear arm with roller moves outwards so much that the roller on the end moves outside the extrusion. If I pull the window up hard while the motor is going, i can get it to raise past the resistance point and close.
As it get's half way encountering resistance and slowing down, I can see the metal door panel itself start pushing out - like it's expanding. This is telling me there's a jam somewhere causing it to push back on itself.
I can't see behind the front section well becuase it is covered by the metal door panel itself. I pulled the speaker and checked there but can't seem to find any interference.
It's got to be something simple. Anybody know what the trick is? What am i missing? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
