Hello! I just got a 1996 Saab 900S, my dream car, and my first car.
When I got the car, the radio displayed four hypens "----" when i tried to turn it on. Yesterday I used the information in this forum telling me to hold the BAND button until CODE IN appeared, and then to turn off the car, turn it back on and put in my code from the dealer. After I put in the correct code, the code just sat there on the screen, didnt go away and it didnt look like it accepted it.
Now when I turn on my radio, nothing happens. The antenna goes up when I turn the car on but when I press the radio power button nothing happens. Does anyone know why this is and how to make it work? Thanks for all your help, I don't know what I would do without the people in the SaabNet forum!
