By 'center stack' switches do you mean the ones between the front seats? I took out this window switch assembly last week for the same reason (too many spilled drinks). There's a small slot in the front of the switch pack to pry it up and out. Disconnect the wiring harness and take it to a flat surface with good light. The housing is in three pieces; the switch assembly on top, board in the middle and cover underneath. Gently pry along seam to top switch assemble. The top cover should pop loose with the switches intact. Watch out; a bunch of little V-shaped metal contacts will go flying! Each of these pieces has two little round contacts which are probably corroded. Gently rub them shiny with a very fine grit sandpaper. Use the same paper to rough the corresponding contacts on the board. Clean the switches thoroughly and make sure they're dry. The little V-shaped contacts have tiny notches fit neatly into U-shaped cradles on the board. Once you have them all carefully fitted, replace the top cover. There is one piece that only has one round contact on it. You can see this is for the lower horizontal switch (for the window lock, I think).
I thought I was going to have to replace window motors due to sluggishness in the rear windows but this fix cured the problem right away.
