Last night, temps in the teens, but no rain or snow so probably not 'frozen'. My handbrake got stuck on. The handle in the car was sloppy showing the cable was still tensioned when released. In the dark I felt under the car at both rear wheels and found the cable tight at both. With some wiggling and pulling on the cables, I finnaly got the car to roll, indicating to me I had released the brake.

Drove home, haven't looked to see what I can see but doubt I'd find any visible items. Any tips on lube points or shoud I try and sprat WD-40 or something into the ends of the sheathing the cable goes into under the car, etc, etc.

Any tips would help, thanks.
