Truth or Lies from local tire shop

My 98 900 se has developed a case of the shakes ever since I installed the snow tires. To be safe I started with getting my wheels balanced. The shop claimed the were all off about a 1/2 ounce. That seemed to help with the shakes a the lower speeds, but not around 50-75. So I took it to an alignment place (it pulls to the right a bit) that gave me the following numbers:
Left Front
Camber -1.7
Caster 0.7
Toe 0.38
Right Front
Camber -1.2
Caster 1.4
Toe 0.39
So after giving me a colorful handout with a lot of red number on it they stated that my car could not be aligned. Is this true?? They then went on to a big speech about how I must have bent some part of the suspension. They were trying to sell me used parts to the tune of upwards 4500!! I said no thanks. Could I have bent something badly enough to give those numbers? Also could my car actually be aligned?
And if the above scam of used parts wasn't enough the guy who pulled car around said I must have a motor mount out because of the way it feels. I haven't noticed anything severe but would I be able to feel if a mount was out?
