Your Saab uses wheels with a 5x110mm bolt pattern. The '03 M3 wheel has a 5x120mm bolt pattern......they definitely will not fit. Even if they would fit, the 19 inch wheel would relegate you to a tire with such a low sidewall profile that your car would be almost non-drivable on the street.
