98 900 se need some help deciding

Folks, I am looking out a 98 900 se turbo auto trans , the car has only 40,000 miles on it ( was in NYC for a long time) and all records, the tranny was replaced by a saab dealer at 28 k, the oil pan was replaced as was the serpetine belt at about the same time, the car is clean but I am concerned about so little mileage for a ten year old car as well as some big repair bills that it has had. On the plus side I would have all the records and have a great repair shop that has worked on my 86 900 ragtop. They will do a look over for me. I hope to drive this car about 25k a year and need it to be dependabile. What do you folks think and what should I look out for, Thanks for the help.
