You can order the a new badge from one of the sponsor sites, and might want to get the little clips that they mount into (that may be depending on the year). I'd try some sort of cleaner on the hood that's not too abrasive and see how many chips you have--getting the hood painted is an option although I think the colored wax idea or touch-up paint are worth a try too.

Those fog lights are not cheap, and I need one too. I'll probably order a new one from eEuroparts, although I suppose there may be cheaper options too.
From the picture it looks as if you have water in your turn signal, and my need a new one of those two--or least try to dry it out & fix the leak.
