The combined reference ground originates at pin 22 on Trionic ECU.
Pin 3 blue/yellow is the signal feed back to pin 11 Trionic ECU.
Pin 2 white/black is 5V reference signal from pin 69 Trionic ECU which is also found at Throttle body pin 2.
So you have to make sure you have 5 volt coming in to sensor at all times.
