IIRC, they eliminated the middle idler on the newer engines, eventhough eeuroparts still shows the middle idler in their parts diagram. Most only change the entire tensioner assembly if the square hole breaks out, or if the idler pulley does not align with the belt. And yes, I would change the tensioner pulley as well as the idler pulley while you're at it. Keep the old stuff for an emergency. It's about an hour job and you will need someone to help for a short time when you replace the belt.. Ron
