If you have no maintenance records, start fresh and replace or inspect everything that is normal maintenance; oil change, plugs, air filter, trans fluid, tires rotated, tire pressure, alignment, hoses, etc.
The Techtron is probably a good general recommendation, as is what fuel is she using... lots of talk on this board about the effects of octane on mileage, especially as the cost difference between low & high is only about 5% now.
Also, how much is she driving or accelerating under boost pressure... which will reduce mileage as it now longer performs like a simple 4-banger. Turbo engines commonly, to reduce heat in the cylinder under boost conditions, spray extra fuel into the cylinder, not to burn but to absorb the heat, (I don't know if Saabs are like this).
