O2 sensors could be swapped but I think the back cable is probably not long enough to reacht to the front. Both sensors are checked so you won't gain much with the swap anyway.
The P0135 code is in reference to the resistance of the heater circuit. P0125 is caused by a failure of the car to sense it has reached operating temp. This is also why it's running rich. Check the coolant level, thermostat and 2 temperature sensors. One sensor is next to the t-stat housing and the other is behind the fuel rail to the right of the throttle. Does the temperature gauge read ok?
