Had 94 SE, same issues at about 110k. Culprits were the upper strut mounts and control arm bushings. You will see there are probably cracks in the rubber and excessive play. They did a better job with later designs, 1996>. I have a 2000 9-3 SE w/ 128k and have none of these problems at thispoint whereas my 94 SE would have been deadly at these miles. I also replaced the front struts and bearings on my 94 at the same time, but close evaluation indicated I really did not need to do this.
