The OEM install for the SE is a small amp behind the center console kickplate in the footwell of the passenger side. It drives two woofers in the door. You could either go with installing the same thing buying the Saab OEM amp used from a number of suppliers in the Saabnet classifieds...or...you can put full range 6.5" speakers in the doors and drive them with a small full-range amp installed in the hatch, under the seat, or in the same location as the Saab OEM amp if you can find one small enough.
If you search this forum, you will find posts on this topic and links to DIY descriptions as mentioned. I used a small MTX amp (model 2120, I think) for this about 9 years ago and I was able to squeeze it in behind the kickplate in the passenger footwell. I had to adapt the mounting bracket that was already there to add extension "wings" out to the mounting locations for the MTX amp, but it was not too hard.
