Car sluggish, out of ideas (longish)

My 99 convertible just feels sluggish and on the occasions when I run the AC it is really bogged down. I have owned it since it is new and can tell that in the past year or so it just doesnt seem to have near the power it used to. To troubleshoot I have:
Changed the vacuum hoses, changed spark plugs, pressure tested the turbo system, ran techron concentrate through it. DIC was replaced about 2 years ago. I have an ODB reader that is showing no codes but the "Long Term Fuel Trim" is reading +25% which indicates a lean condition. I also hear what appears to more an air leak or whooshing sound at higher RPMs. I also have an MBC installed.
Any help would be appreciated.
