Of course, since I blazed the trail I hope I made it easier on others who follow, and their knuckles. I think on the PS hoses I just loosened them and did a lot of shoving out of the way. Before I started the radiator R&R, I thought it would be like those Saturday morning car shows where they just drop it in and start the car. Oops.
Re: Control arm to the subframe. Not sure which specific bolt to which you're referring, but if I recall correctly, there's two, the forward one with the head facing toward the front of the car (and the head is in like a little cut-out in the frame), and the rearward one facing down to the ground? I've removed both on both sides of the car ('95, 130k miles).
Soak with PB blaster, let it sit overnight ++. I used a regular breaker bar (16" maybe?) only. Once the seal is broken they all came off pretty easily. they're long, and it's difficult (access-wise) but not impossible to re-torque the forward one on reinstall.
They're high torque bolts so I don't know how much you have to worry about sheering off the heads.
Re: body panels. I'm pretty sure I saw them online at one point a few years ago. Check out the site sponsors, do a google/yahoo search. I know I saw body parts.
