How would you mount thee fogs on a 9-3?

Hella 550 standard rectangle fogs. Kind of like what was on the classic 900s. I think the OG 9-3 is looking "old fashioned" enough now that those lights woudn't seem out of place. They are much cheaper than replacing my busted stock units, and I think they could look cool. I'd like to have them hang over where the existing lights are, or maybe just a tad inboard of that. The stock lights would be replaced with the grill knockouts.
How can I affix the lights to the bumper overhang above? (The part of the bumper that hangs over the stock fog light/lower grill section). How can I anchor it? Any ideas? I know there is the metal part of the bumper behind there, but I don't seem to have any place to place a bolt. It's a thick, solid bumper.
Any tips would be appreciated. Also, I assume I can just use the stock wiring and splice the wires somehow? Both appear to be 55 watts.
Thanks!!!
