I have E-Code headlights on both my Saabs (2000 9-5 Aero sedan and 2003 9-3 SE Convertible) and am quite happy with them. The low beam pattern is much better and the high beams are more focused, lighting much further down the road. I do recommend them. Brighter bulbs will help, but not to the extent that E-Codes do. You can get them from site sponsors GenuineSaab and EEuroparts. These are both U.S. companies but I'm sure both will ship to Canada.
