Each end of the connect tube has a large o-ring; one to seal the tube to the pump, the other to seal it to the block. I think one may have a thicker cross-section than the other. I recall having to take care as to which one went on which end. Like you said, eeuro does not have a p/n for #45; might be worth emailing them. Thesaabsite does show an aftermarket one for $30. I got mine at the dealership; can't remember what it cost. The p/n for the tube is 9137514 for any 1999 B204, B234, or B205 series engine, and 9177031 for the B235 (viggen) series. I don't know about the o-rings for the Viggen, but I would stick to what's shown for your car.
As far as a lubricant for installation, I think I just dipped the o-rings in some clean coolant before installing. I'm always paranoid about causing corrosion by adding anything to the mix of dissimilar metals that we already have on our cars.
