if the sunroof drains are clogged, water can leak down the A pillars and onto the floor. I used a plastic tube and blew down the drains to test to see if they were blocked. Turns out they weren't blocked... but the culprit was that the frame holding the glass to the sunroof corrodes from the inside out, causing water to bypass the sealant put in during manufacture. The fix for this is to put a bead of sealant around the inside edge of the metal frame of the sunroof (the edge that you see looking up thru the sunroof.. but on the sunny side).
