I'm sure the base model is electronically governed, probably to about 130 and the SE is probably 140. The big issue here is stability at high speeds. The Viggen is wind-tunnel tested to 155 and has excellent downforce on the rear wheels. You will want to make modifications to your car before you go faster than what it is rated for. Front air dam, side skirts, rear spoiler/wing and probably stiffer suspension. Otherwise you risk losing control at high speed...
