Thanks for all the suggestions. The nearest Autozone can only can read the code between 8am-4pm, so I haven't been able to get the code yet - will try to get that tomorrow. I did not see any blown lines, but will take a better look tomorrow in daylight.

The car is definitely limp home mode, but I'm having trouble turning the tooth wheel even after pushing the spring. Trying again now. So if it is in limp mode - what caused it to go into limp mode? Does this mean that the throttle body needs to be changed?
