Its easy to do but just requires a bit of paitence to get at the nut you need to tighten.
1. Remove rear spearker grills
2. Pull off (yes pull off but take your time not to break the fasteners) the c-pillar covers. They are two piece plastic (the holders) that if they come off the cover you'll need an interior trim piece tool to get out of the body without breaking. You can get it at autozone. Otherwise its a trip to a dealer for these costly pieces.
3. Unscrew the rear handles on each side of the car. There are a total of 4 screws to each. They are matched in pairs and hiding under flip covers. Pull the handles down and you'll see the covers.
4. Next you need to remove the two push in plastic pieces you see at the back edge of the headliner. I used my saab's key to push in the retention part and then pulled them down. Just be careful if you use the key method to not damage the headliner.
5. Pull down from the back gently and you'll see the nut you need to tighten.
Reverse install to put it back together and just tuck the weather stripping rubber back over all the seams and it'll be perfect.
You don't have to remove the speaker grills but it makes it much easier to re-install the c-panels. I'm including a picture and you should be able to see everything other then the nut and the handles I mention. The white things are the two piece holders for the c-panel which came off when I pulled my panel. You have to get that interior trim tool to remove them without breaking.
