Well, I just did this yesterday, so maybe I can remember how I did it. All the torx screws are 25mm, so that's the only driver you need. There are 3 on the bottom of the door panel, 2 behind the door pull and 1 behind the mirror control panel (or panel cover on the passenger side). The hardest part is prying the mirror cover off. It's held in place by two plastic blubs. You just need to pry it carefully a little a time. The door latch comes off to reveal another 25mm torx screw. There is a plug with a pin it at the door edge of the panel. Just push that pin in and the plug will come right out. Once all of the screws are loose, you need to gently pull the door cover off. There are at least 4 plastic fittings attached to the inside of the panel that will pull loose. Once the panel is off, you can remove the speaker. The kit that I bought came with glue and the foam. If you look closly, you will see that the bottom, not the top, of the speaker cone is glued to the foam. Take some time and using an X-acto knife with a 1/4" flat "scraper" blade, work the cardboard cover off the speaker. Then scrape the top of the speaker with the X-acto blade until all of the old foam is off. Use you fingers to scrape the foam off the bottom of the cone. When all the old foam is removed, clean the mating surfaces with alcohol. After that dries, stretch the foam over the cone and apply glue to the foam/cone joint. Let that dry, and glue the foam/frame joint. Let it dry overnight and reapply the cardboard spacer ring. Finally, glue the big foam ring back to the outside of the speaker. For $10 (or less) per speaker, it's worth a shot. I just ordered more foam for the rear speakers at < $5 per speaker. Good luck... Ron
