I had the right one, I got it from eeuroparts; however, the bosch one that was in the car was not bad so I just put that one back in and it fixed the leak.

In previous instances I replaced all the vacuum lines under the hood. I haven't cleaned the IAC yet, however the mechanic says my problem is the DIC. I bought the car about three months ago, maybe less. I burned out the first DIC after about 2000 miles. We got a new one, and that one has begun to falter after only a couple hundred miles. The car began running so poorly with the second one that it was only running on three cylinders. I nearly broke down on the freeway yesterday. Fortunately I was able to get it into the independent saab tech. He was able to take a look before he left on vacation fortunately.

He changed the plugs (which were brand new), read multiple misfires on the computer, and determined that the brand new saab DIC was causing the misfires and rough idle. He put a loaner DIC in the car for the weekend so I can drive it. It still has a bit of a rough idle, but it's not misfiring right now, and it's running on all four cylinders. I am guessing that problem goes deeper than just the DIC being bad. I think something is causing these cassettes to go bad. The performance seems to be a flat too. I hope the mechanic has an idea of what's wrong, because I am baffled.

The thing is, is that at the roughest points of running there haven't been any check engine lights or codes. The check engine came on out of the blue the other day when the car seemed to be running alright. I had it reset and kept driving. About a week later the misfires started again and got very severe. The car didn't stall out at all with the new DIC like it did with the last one, but it wasn't running on all it's cylinders. This is horribly frustrating. I'd say from the time I've owned this car, I've spent 80% under the hood.

This is not my first saab so I'm willing to work through because I know what good cars they can be. My old 9000 was bulletproof. It was an amazing car. This 9-3 not as much so...yet. Well on monday, I'll take it back to the tech to have him take a look. He'll give me the loaner car (9000 aero :D) and hopefully get the bottom of my problem.
