I had a problem getting air out of my clutch line, and no amount of bleeding with the motive pressure bleeder or forcing fluid thru the nipple would help.
What I did was to bleed with the motive tool as best I could. I got it working enough so it could be barely be driven (clutch released with pedal all the way on the floor, but several inches of free play in pedal).
I then drove the car to a very steep hill and with front of the car lower than the rear I pumped the clutch pedal. The air was completely gone after about 10 pumps of the pedal.
Apparently the air was trapped in coiled steel line that runs from the master cylinder and was able to exit back thru the master cylinder when I got the front lower than the rear and pumped.
I hope this helps you.
