Starting issues - occasional hesitation.

I'm still having issues with my 02 9-3 SE starting consistently. It will cold start no problem but after running for awhile it won't start. Occasionally it will fire up 15 minutes after a previous attempt. Additionally there is an occasional hesitation when driving, usually at idle, the car seems to stumble but then recovers. Under previous advice, I've replaced the 4 vacuum lines that were obvious. There are 3 lines that come of what looks like a sensor that is attached to the firewall. One line goes to the turbo bypass valve, one to the throttle body and one to the intake manifold. The other line looks like it goes from the fuel pressure regulator to the intake manifold.
What other lines do I need to check?
Where should my turbo needle point under idle? Also where should it point when the key is in the 'on' position during pre-start? My needle doesn't seem to ever go fully to the left.
Any other suggestions? I'm going to look into fuel filter and cps sensor next.....
I've already swapped out the DIC and replaced spark plugs.
