I can't see your pictures, maybe I'll try later...
But my 2001 base 5-speed did something like that from the PCV system.
Remove the rubber duct from the air cleaner to the aluminum elbow that turns down to the compressor. On top of that aluminum elbow is a line with a banjo fitting. Mine had a little oil coming from that.
There wasn't much oil, but it would pool in the rubber hose between the compressor & the intercooler. That looks kinda like a big lower radiator hose, but it's pressurized air from the compressor. Occasionally it would blow through the engine making a puff of smoke. In my case it wasn't actually the turbo spool bearings leaking.
