Gotta find the leak first.

When it's difficult to find, it can help to pressurize it cold. You need a tester that basically consists of a bicycle pump with a fitting that attaches where you coolant cap goes - for Saab that's on the reservoir bottle.

When the car warms up, the pressurized coolant leaks out. But since it's hot, it evaporates immediately so you have a hard time locating the leak.
