Was replacing the air inlet snorkel on my 9-5 and hit a badly rusted clamp. 10 seconds with the cordless dremel (Craftsman knock-off, actually), and it was off. I wasn't planning to throw out the old tube, so you're in a better spot since you know you're throwing out the hose.
Went to West Marine (no relation...) and sized a stainless version of the clamp from the same company that makes the clamps on the Saabs.
